Two eggs sunny side up with two pieces of buttered multi-grain toast for dipping in the yolk, three pieces of bacon, a glass of OJ, and two cups of coffee.
For lunch I had left over pizza and bread sticks. And more OJ.
Dinner will probably be meatloaf and green beans with a glass of Coke C2.

Sunny side up are not flipped. The whites are a tiny bit runny as well as the yolk completely runny.
Over-easy are flipped and there's no runny whites and the yolk tends to get cooked a little bit more.

Chocolate Croissant this morning. Freshly baked, too. So good.
Most mornings, not so much. Occasionally some cereal or rarely a bagel. Everything toasted with cream cheese.

My Grandpa use to eat eggs…"just warmed up"…with a fork. Watching him eat what looked like warm snot was a sure way to take MY appetite away.

Two (from frozen) waffles and two sausage links, plus syrup, a small bowl of oatmeal, a banana, and about six cups of coffee.

1/3-less-sugar Froot Loops with 2% milk. They're not near as tasty as the regular Froot Loops.

In the USA we have "whole", 2%, 1%, 1/2%, and "skim" milk. The numbers refer to the fat content.
