Barney Frank's Google Batshit Crazy index is only 29,800. It seems the Internet doesn't agree with you.
'Barney Frank is Gay' (no quotes) gives 644,000 hits. So it looks like he is nearly 22 times more gay than he is batshit crazy.

That's okay. I'm pretty sure I can get by not having the entity responsible for thousands of pointless, witless memes agree with me.
Regardless, Frank is batshit crazy.

How about this Pelosi batshit craziness:
"[Unemployment checks] create jobs faster than almost any other initiative you can name."
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2010...y-create-jobs/
Giving money to people for NOT working creates jobs ?
So if we give EVERYONE money for not working, we have full employment ? Only in Socialist Amaraca.

Did you read the article? She is saying that folks who are on unemployment are still spending money. They may be unemployed, but the money they are spending is keeping someone else employed. Take that handout away, and now you have two people unemployed. Not at all crazy to someone with basic reading comprehension skills.
Not that I'm all that high on the idea myself: at what point do we cut someone off from unemployment? Two years sounds like an awful long time to be unemployed. If you haven't gotten a job in that time, even at a fast food joint, maybe you are just unemployable?
And I'm not all that keen on the idea of increasing the benefit without finding a way to pay for it. But you can't put this in the same league as insisting that Obama's India trip was costing $200 million a day.

New addition for this poll: Charlie Rangel.
The CHAIRMAN of the ways and means committee, and apparently he doesn't understand how the tax code works. Honest mistake - Really. Then, skirting criminal charges in favor of congressional ethics hearings, he walks out saying its not fair that his lawyers, which he illegally paid with PAC money declined to represent him.
You can't make this shit up.

I just finished watching my homegirl's not-the-official-Republican-response to Obama's speech, and I must say I was impressed. She managed to not put her foot in her mouth that much! She did have a habit of calling anything she didn't like "job-killing", but Boehner does that, too. If the Tea Partiers can keep their focus more on cutting spending and less on Obama (and his birth certificate), they might have a shot at staying relevant.
What do you all think, is she finally learning to watch what comes out of her mouth? She'd better, if she really is running for President.
Is America ready for a batshit crazy President?

It appears that Rep. Gohmert has taken batshit crazy to a whole different level ....
Thanks to Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX), one of the most widely debunked, and far-out conspiracy theories about the health care law found its way into the Congressional Record late Wednesday -- with a twist.
This comes via Political Correction -- a project of Media Matters.
From Gohmert's floor speech Wednesday night:
It's a bad bill. And then when you find out that the prior Congress not only passed that 2,800 page bill with all kinds of things in it, including a new president's commissioned officer corps and non-commissioned officer corps. Do we really need that? I wondered when I read that in the bill. But then when you find out we're being sent to Libya to use our treasure and American lives there, maybe there's intention to so deplete the military that we're going to need that presidential reserve officer commissioned corps and non-commissioned corps that the president can call up on a moment's notice involuntarily, according to the Obamacare bill.
If this rings a bell, maybe you've seen a chain email peddling the second half of this conspiracy theory. Some on the far-right believe the health care law creates a private army for President Obama to call up and train on U.S. citizens. What it really does is make good on a plan first envisioned by Bush HHS Secretary Tommy Thompson in the wake of the September 11 attack to create a Ready Reserve Corps of several thousand public health professionals -- nurses, doctors -- that can be called up to treat people in the wake of an epidemic or a disaster like Hurricane Katrina.
Gohmert gave credence to the theory on the House floor, with an addendum. The administration's Libya operation is actually a false flag, to draw down the country's military reserves, and give Obama the excuse he needs to call up his private army.
This is 9/11 truther-type stuff, on the House floor.

Some of his opinions are pretty nutty actually, such as free market environmentalism.
I'm not saying that they are nutty enough for you to not vote for him or that these are important issues, but the are indeed nutty.

It says something if both the left and the right are trying to discredit Ron Paul. Someone is afraid of him.

OK, it's Rick's turn now....
Santorum: Obama College Plan Aimed at ‘Indoctrination’ - Rebecca Kaplan - NationalJournal.com
On the president’s efforts to boost college attendance, Santorum said, “I understand why Barack Obama wants to send every kid to college, because of their indoctrination mills, absolutely … The indoctrination that is going on at the university level is a harm to our country.”
Rick Santorum gets 172,000 on the Batshit Crazy-O-Meter, vs. only 47,700 for Michele.
But he's still trailing Mitt, who gets 359,000.
Obama wins this election, though, with a score of 880,000!

This is my fave:
"Woodstock is the great American orgy. This is who the Democratic Party has become. They have become the party of Woodstock. They prey upon our most basic primal lusts, and that's sex. And the whole abortion culture, it's not about life. It's about sexual freedom. That's what it's about. Homosexuality. It's about sexual freedom."

This one's pretty decent too:
"This is a spiritual war. And the Father of Lies has his sights on what you would think the Father of Lies would have his sights on: a good, decent, powerful, influential country - the United States of America. If you were Satan, who would you attack in this day and age?"
"He attacks all of us and he attacks all of our institutions."

Yeah, but Obama probably wins all searches of "Obama is ____" where the word can be just about anything under the sun. The right hasn't really decided what denigrating word best fits, they just know they don't like him
