so I finally got my pwerbook, and was wondering if I can configure multile desktops link the other unices (linux solaris ... ) it would be nice to have a comiplation desktop, ssh desktop, debugger desktop etc ...

I can't get VD to switch when clicking on the Finder in the Dock. It works with all other apps I have tried, but not the Finder. Anyone else have this problem?

Space.app works really well for me. It doesn't preview window placement on the virtual desktop display button, but it is free and quite handy.
