Hi Everyone,
I realize it is impossible to span CDs using Toast; at least in that Toast would be able to calculate the number of disks needed, burn them in order, etc.
Just curious if anyone has come up with a solution to this using AppleScript or some other method.
In this instance, I'd love to be able to recommend Backup but these clients are not using OS X.

What about Retrospect? I know it'll span over multiple CDs, I just don't know what it's like getting the files back.

Hmm, will have to look into this feature. As it is, they already use Retrospect. I'd like to know why Roxio, or Adaptec, didn't write this feature into the code -- it seems essential, and will seem more so in the future as files grow astronomically in proportion and as CDs start looking like floppies...
Thanks for the tip, will look into it!

Well, if they look a little furter into the future, they'll see everybody burning to DVDs and not CDs anymore. Although it'd still be handy for the older computers that still have CD-ROM drives.
