iDVD is just a tool, iMovie is fun, but would it lead you into serious DVD authoring?

I understand what iMovie does for the average Joe(me) it lets you create a nifty "home movie."

But, to lure you into the real world of video editing and quality productions...this "be not the path" because iMovie does what the average joe(Me) needs.

Now to get me into real production "stuff" I need a lure.

How about making Final Cut Express a standard included with the purchase of a PowerMac/Book, the king of all Macs?

..and then if "I likes it" let me upgrade, if I don't well I won't use it anyway and Apple has lost nothing.

What do you think?

Am I wrong? Let me know why...

Am I trying to look a gift horse in the mouth and ask for more?

pretty simple
bundle FCE -> 399 more on the price
bundle Keynote -> 99 more on the price

price rise -> Bitching on MacNN forums for eternity
1Ghz Powerbook
40gb/1x512mb/combo/T68i
FireRAID 1 Host Independant Hotswap RAID 1 (80gb)

LOL!

Do you think they would raise the price? I mean, "we Mac users" are already way up there in the "COST" spectrum...!

I was hoping ,a "bundling of" Final Cut Express would be an encouragement to buy, not a reason to raise prices...
