I was hoping this would have been fixed in the v73 version but it appears it was not address or maybe I don't know where to look. When you type a url into the address bar then it will pop down previous sites (historical) you have entered into the address bar. I know in ie you can diable this but is there a way to do it in safari? I was hoping reset would do this but it appears that it does not.

Thanks

Let's say I let a couple of my friend use my computer and now I have previous addresses pop down when I don't want them to at the wrong moment...

Anyhow, the history thing does not work as well as reset. Can someone tell me the file that contains this info so maybe I can just delete using a text editor?

I had a problem where I could not delete the bookmark folders until I went to the user library and edited the bookmark file there. Wondering if I can do the same with this annoying pop down address bar. Apart from incriminating addresses it is just plain annoying!
