To educate myself about Mac's in general (hardware, technical details), and OS X ? And why one would want to switch from a PC to a Mac ... ? I want to expose myself to more information...thanks.

There's a good place to look at the different aspects and comparisons between WinXP and OS X. Hardware stuff ... I'm lazy and someone will surely come along with better info.
