Got most of the music ones right, but totally sucked at the TV questions.

Score of 55: No so goodMaybe you should play a little more Pac-Man?

I answered most of the music questions correctly. As for TV ... well, it sucks now as it sucked then. One of the true constants, really.

My weak point was surprisingly the movie portion. TV I did well in, even though I swear I hadn't seen some of those shows!

I scored an 81.

And I knew where Men Without Hats were from. (Strangely, we were just talking about them at work this morning.)

73 - Brat Packian.
But at least half of my correct answers were purely guesses, I swear.

The TV ones were a little tough because I was very specific about the shows I watched back in those "DAZE"

The Music and Movie ones were pretty easy.

Anyway I got a 75 Bratpackian

It's scary that I remember even that much from the 80's

And I didn't know that the guy that played Cliff Claven from Cheers was also in Empire Strikes Back. I've watched ESB a shiAtload of times and never even noticed.

That's pretty wacked-out

59 - Knight Rider. No so goodMaybe you should play a little more Pac-Man?

And ironically I was playing just that on an old arcade machine a couple weeks ago. Oh well.

Not too bad for a guy who grew up in that decade I guess. I can't remeber a lot of it, but I guess I've learned enough about 80s pop culture to have some kind of working knowledge.

I missed a few I should have known just because I knew the right answer and clicked the wrong one. Like the B-52s - I saw that as a trivia question on Mtv once, but totally forgot (besides, 80s hairstyles are something better forgotten). And I can't believe there were a few questions about Saturday morning cartoons that I missed. At least I got most of the music ones right.

That one caught me be surprise too and I've seen that movie 50 times. I'll have to watch closer next time. Also, Optimus Prime is not the "leader of the Transformers".. just the Autobots. Oh well.

Ironically, I found the TV section the easiest. Who'd thought my attention to detail concerning the Alf cartoon would ever pay off two decades later?

Actually, Alf wasn't just a puppet. He also had his own cartoon. "Alf Tales" was about Gordon's adventures on Melmac before he was stranded on Earth. His girlfriend Rhonda was a regular character. ;p

Brat Packian - 81 out of 100.

Not bad but I got a few stupidly wrong.

OK, you deserve some sort of bonus point for the quiz for knowing that.

Scored a 66, absolutely bombed on the TV questions, but got most right in the others. I didn't watch half the shows they asked about.

I'm not going to call an ambulance this time because then you won't learn anything.

I scored an 80, despite guessing on a lot of the movie ones. And then there's the subliminal stuff I didn't even KNOW I knew...

um, it's a 60's hairdo. The whole point of the B-52s is they were weird and kitschy.

Whoops. Funny thing is, I was thinking that too, but forgot to edit that in there. Call it a typo. 60s hairstyles are better left forgotten too.

I don't really know nothing about old hairstyles (even modern trends are a mystery to me), but wasn't the 60's hair style called the 'beehive'? or was that just something kind of similiar?

Only 57, but since a lot of questions appeared to revolve around TV shows that we never got, like Family Ties the like, not bad.

83, the music part hurt me bad.... i only missed 3 of the TV questions though. But i am kicking myself for not knowing who replaced Bo and Luke, I was all about that show when I was 8. I had a plastic General Lee that smashed into my Tonka trucks and a fire bird I pretended was Face's car. Good times.

I gotta admit I got lucky on a few guesses. Plus there was at least one where I just didn't think about it long enough and screwed-up. Then I was like; "DOH!!" I knew that answer.

Good quiz though. I enjoyed it.
