I am responsible for a small kids charity's membership database. I have set it up with a field showing what date membership is paid [date mem paid] on each year. I now want to add membership history where I will have fields showing 1999, 2000, 2001, etc down the bottom and want a dot to appear in these fields if the person was a member in that year. How do I automatically make a dot appear in the relevant year if that year is entered in the [date mem paid] field.
