Icon Machine woes

	I've been trying to use Icon Machine 3 for several days now. I open it up, put my photoshopped icon in there, and drag it to all the boxes. I save it and go to look at it. Except it is the generic icon. I reopen it and it is just IM's generic icon in the small boxes. Why won't it save? It does this in both x.2.8 and x.3.1. Anyone with experience in this app here? A long time ago, I didn't have this problem... it just worked. Thanks in advance!
