How can I create this? Need to make something that will play music in a CD Player, and play MPEG or QT Files wheh they drop it in a CD ROM. Had a sampler once that was able to do that. Need it for a trade show in Jan as I want to showcase a band's material (both songs and video).

have look at toast 6 / "enhanced audio disk" - it does exactly what you want.

or burn the audio in the first session and the data in the second session.
