If so, what app do you find indispensable? The reason I ask is that I have a brother who is starting a new sales job soon. So along with a new Palm (Tungston E), I was wondering what software he could use (the lucky bastard already has a 12" PowerBook).

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I work in sales/markting, and I really can't work without the following:

Launchbar
Salling Clicker
Buddypop
Keynote --> for jaw-dropping presentations
Show Desktop

Not necessarily all sales-related software, but this sure as heck makes you a lot more productive.

If his company uses Lotes Notes let him have a look at LipSync and Mercury!
