Cool effect at the end. I don't get the video though. What does this have to do with a "website"?

Pretty high production values. Cheesy voiceover and a really corny idea. But it will look good in his portfolio...

wheeeeeee, well as a longtime spymac member i think it's awesome. For those of you who aren't members or never been there it's hard to explain. Spymac is like a world unto itself. And version 3 will make that even more so... but i can't really reveal the secrets in store.

A trailer for a website? why not, it would have happened eventually

Funny enough, I decided to spite Apple and I got the Pixlet version of the trailer. It plays just fine on a Dual 533 G4. 1GHz G4 or better my ass.

So... wait.. we have rumors about a rumors site now?

Is that kinda like meta-rumoring?

How absurd can we make this, without resorting to cheese?

Is it any better with sound? My PC at work doesn't do audio.

Aside from that, I don't get it.
We need less Democrats and Republicans, and more people that think for themselves.

January 16th is the either 2nd or 3rd anniversary of SpyMac. With version 3 it can only get better.

It would also make Zmai very happy.

Hopefully at this point we only have less that 24 hours for the big introduction!

Yeah, very poor UI I think, way too much white and HUGE icons are distracting; however, the new "free" feature set is absolutely amazing if they can make it work and stable...

It's a bit of a mess right now. I figure the powers will work things out during this "Public Beta" period. The new features will be awsome when it all smoothes out though!

How do these guys make money? I don't see any ads on their page.

They are talking about hosting this whole thing on 42 dual processor servers and giving everyone 100MB of free storage. Thats a ton of startup costs and then long-term costs.

Are they just going to sell your information when you sign up?

I don't get how this is free... didnt the "give away a whole ton of goods and services for free" business model fizzle out in the late 90s?

heya Mr. Enchanting

yeah, i'm trying to get adjusted to the new look, compared to version 2 it seems a bit cluttered, but the new features are amazing, hard to believe they wrote all the code from scratch.
