I think 10.3 is quite a milestone imo. every single feature/functionality that i used to use in the days of OS9 have finally been encorporated into OSX and then some.
OpenGL performance (along with Quartz extreme) is through the roof and seems almost as fast as OS9. Whether it's launching apps, opening windows, dragging/scaling windows, opening menus.... it's all very spiffy.
i'd also like to point out that the "Turn computer on/off" @ a particular time is finally back. ( iused to use this feature a lot back in the day as an alarm clock). DVD playback is smoothe the way it should be. And Expose is a great addition to the Aqua UI.

On the down side they have changed/added quite a few widgets to the Aqua UI, which makes it a bit intimidating at times. but the colors are sharper, and the new widgets just take a little getting used to.

Far fewer application/OS crashes. Safari is on fire ! And everything seems a good deal faster and smoother.

If you havent upgraded yet, this is what youve been waiting for. it's all here finally.

Cheers.

I'd post the timeline again, but I think that would be overkill.

I'd install my ADC builds if my Mac could support OS X.
