can some one find me a statement or law on dvd burning. It is that burning dvd's making copys are against he law i belive. Can some one help me search for a google or something. It is for class and I need to win this statement.

Technically, the way I see it anyway, under the DMCA, DVD burning itself is not illegal. It's the breaking or circumventing of the disk's encryption that is breaking the law (DMCA). Otherwise, DVD-BACKUPS fall under the fair use category.
