I am in the middle of moving all my data/files from a PC I have used for the past 4.5 years to my new PowerBook...

I have a excel spreadsheet that has a VBA macro in it that I use to massage data that I output from a Quicken report. I am not able to open an existing excel spreadsheet with a "Workbooks.Open" command. I have tried to use various ways of specifying the OS/X filename (~/pathname, /Users/full pathname, etc), but so far have not been able to fix the problem. Also, the Visual Basic help is not working - told me to reinstall the HELP files, but couldn't figure out how to do that without reinstalling the entire Excel part of Office.

Appreciate it if anybody out there has done some VBA macros and can point me toward the solution.

thanks,
BrewSkj
