If I had any depth perception (which I don't)
and if I never had to drive in snow or on ice
I'd have one of those old Lincolns with the suicide doors.
(OK, now you know my secret.)

I want Paul Newman's Volvo 960.
For those who won't click the link, it's a Volvo 960 wagon with a supercharged V8 under the hood.

Hrm. Good question:
Winter/Rain/Ski Trip/Bad weather driving: Subaru SVX
Good weather touring: Infiniti G35 Coupe
Good weather cruising: 1970 Plymouth Barracuda Convertable
Being Badass: 1968 Charger R/T
Autocrossing: 1996-99 Chrysler Neon with 2.4 liter engine
Road Racing: Any Porsche 911. Any.
Grocery Getter: Subaru Forester XT (0-60 in 5.2 seconds, 1/4 in 13.8!!!! looks lame!)
Ultimate car: Jaguar XJ220
Eh... I also have a lot of love for the NSX, and last gen RX-7. I also dig the big cruisers from the 60s like lincoln continentals, imperials, new yorkers, fury's, catalinas, marquis, etc. I still regret selling my 78 Merc Marquis Brougham.

Dodge Viper. Don't know much about cars, but I do know a good looking one, and this is the nicest looking sports car I've ever seen. Takes my breath away ever time I see it.

Or
Ferrari Enzo (I hear you have to own an F50 to get one... and that you have to own a F40 in order to get an F50).

For affordability, I'd love a Dodge SRT-4... nothing scoots that fast for 20 grand.
For practicality, the new Subie Outback Limited wagon (250 hp!) looks like a charm. I currently drive my folk's 2000 Outback Limited, and it's quite the driver's vehicle (except the clutch is a bit too touchy... if you miss the grab point by just a little it'll jerk).
And for really-out-there in terms of pricing and practicality, I wouldn't mind a Ford GT. (It's practically a steal at its price when compared to its competitors.)

A big car with cushy comfy seats, leather ones at that.. the kinda car that when you slam the gas you get knocked back in your seat.. and the kinda seats that being knocked back in feels good -- maybe heated too ...
and then a nice large back seat for sexy women.. and hrmm.. yeah I'd like it to be cool.. and comfy.. and fast

I don't know that I would call it my 'dream' car, but ever since I first saw it I thought it would be cool to have an Isuzu Vehi-Cross. Of course, I'm probably one of only about 10 people in the world who feel this way, since Isuzu discontinued the car in just its second production year. Still, I've been keeping my eyes open, hoping to find a used one cheap.
I know, I know...it's ugly. I guess I just like that sort of 'Lost in Space' look.

I like those. 3 liter v6, and an interior you can spray out with a hose. Neat stuff.

If I could have any 3 cars...
The Ecto 1, taking spaciousness and 'pimp' to a whole new level.
The A-Team van, perfect for transporting large cargo (like an Xbox or G5 heatsink)
My racer, the deLorean. Gets up to 88 fairly quickly. If I ever lost a race to someone, I would just go back in time to the finish line before the race even started. In the words of Biff, "Just bet on the winner and you'll never lose."
The Batmobile has to be the most overrated car of all time. The James Bond cars are so period-centric they just don't hold the test of time. And everything else just can't compete.

My dream car, for right out of college, would be a Mini Cooper S with the John Cooper Works package...in electric blue with a Hong Kong flag painted on the white top, please
A few years farther out...I'd like to see myself in a black MB SL600...with an M3 in the garage for going racing, and an Audi RS6 for grocery day...
Good thing I'm going to business school, I'll need an incredible salary to afford all of those goodies...

As far as a dream car for daily use (something that is actually practical), I already have mine - M3 cab with hardtop.
As far as an exotic dream car, I'd go with the Ford GT.
And TV dream cars... KITT or the Mach 5

but this is my personal favorite:

that color would do nicely as well.
