 1.5GHz PowerPC G4 with 128MB Graphics Memory
 1GB DDR333 SDRAM - 2x512 SO-DIMMs
 80GB Ultra ATA drive @ 5400 rpm
 SuperDrive (DVD-R/CD-RW)
 Backlit Keyboard/Mac OS - U.S. English
 AirPort Extreme Card
 15.2-inch TFT Display

I paid $3,049.00 plus tax.

The PowerBook is flawless. It has NO dead or stuck pixels, and no physical imperfections whatsoever.

I have been obsessively protective of my laptop. If the temperature ever reached 125F, I would turn on a table fan to keep the temperature as low as possible. The PowerBook has never even left my office.

I have all the original packaging and literature, as well as the OS X install DVD's.

I also have the Apple Wireless Mouse (bluetooth), an InCase messenger bag type case, and a leather screen/keyboard protector that is included in the deal.

If you are interested, drop me an email at [email protected]

Sorry, I forgot the price. Probably somewhere around $2500. I also forgot to list why I was selling it. I need a machine that can run some windows apps. I tried running them through VPC but it just wasn't working for me. It might work when the new VPC comes out but I can't afford to wait.

I'd jump on it at $2000, but I have so many PowerBooks right now and the wife would go ballistic if I spent any more than I have stashed away. If I get rid of one of my other PowerBooks I might be able to go a little higher. I just can't bring myself to sell them. I'm a consumer, damnit, not a supplier!

do you still have the warping lid and the loose adapters on the PB?

if you have the warping lid fixed i'm interested.

saw your xbench scores too and they are pretty low! did you close all the apps and system prefs->energysaver->highest performance?

yes, i got the entire bottom casing replaced, there are zero defects on this thing now. It also turned out that i had a bad AC adapter, the plug that goes into the powerbook was defective so apple just sent me a new one. The guys at the store kind of look at me like i'm wierd, but i figure when i pay this kind of mony, the product better be perfect, plus apple's customer service is very good.

you might have a deal, i made up a flyer and am going to post it at two of the local universities tomorrow. I'm also putting an add in both school papers. I'll see how that goes. For right now, my bottom line is $2250.00. Thats what i need to get a windows laptop that will work for the remainder of my schooling.
