Story.
I remember Arlo from the Kaleidoscope days. Apple screwed him over twice, and he appears to have had it.

I remember when Watson was going to goto Windows after Apple came out with Sherlock 3. They ended up getting bought out by Sun.

Sun scrapped it. Apple seems to habe abandoned Sherlock as well.

I think this thread has been done several times before. Old news.
Someone pointed out that the 'widget' idea has been done before konfabulator. So its nothing new to steal.
Not that I don't feel bad for the guy, I do like his software. Life.... goes.... on...

The article says that it was in the works before Apple announce Dashboard. So how does this show he's "had it"?

I believe he meant that Arlo has had it with creating software and having Apple steal it.
Personally I think nothing of it. These kinds of things need to be incorporated into the OS.Back in the 8 days there were a ton of great utilities but none of those awesome features made it into the OS.
