When I first start-up I can get use all internet services eg web, IM, email.
After a while I can no longer browse the web. Any URL entered or link clicked gets the response that the server cannot be found.
I'm assuming this is a problem with the Nameserver as kept by my router.
I am using Mac OS 10.3.6 connected to a Netgear RT314 and Alcatel SpeedTouch Home Modem. Netspace is my ISP.
In the router browser based control panel I have tried entering various domain names (System section) including"netspace.net.au", "210.15.254.240" and even leaving it blank. I get the same problem each time.
The router is "Firmware Version: V3.25(CA.0) | 5/4/2001"
Once the problem happens i.e. no web pages, I have to restart the modem and wait til it connects again and then pages are served as normal.
Any ideas?
