my question is:

WHO really really really really needs this thing?

YES. some people really need it.

BUT most and almost all would better get a laptop with the money.

SINCE, this came out, there has been many real good sub notebooks. I am typing on a nice tiny Sony right now.

EVEN a decent PDA can fulfill these functions better...

I always liked brunettes with really white skin (seriously). I'd hit it.

But I like Palm for PDA purposes.

She is a brunette. She sometimes puts red highlights in her hair though. On her head that is, maybe that's where the confusion comes from?
