I have a Win 2000 Server machine with a HP Deskjet 948c printer connected to it via USB, is it possible to get this to happen? On the OS X Macs using PrintCentre I can see the printer on the PC under the AppleTalk tab but each time i click "add" i get the following error: "an unexpected error occured: -9621"

is there a list of error codes anywhere that would tell me what -9621 means?

check out www.thursby.com and their product DAVE. (v. 3.x for os x). They have a demo available.

that's beyond my experience. you might try the search function and use 'usb printer sharing' or the like.

I know DAVE works nice and smooth b/c I've used it. SMB as is for os x isn't the most refined. DAVE offers the best experience, imo.
