I am so anal retentive it hurts.

The top keyboard is the old one, with the broken space bar and a couple of loose keys (C and one other that I cannot identify at present). The bottom one is the new one I bought for about 30.

If you look really close, you can see that I've taken the left Option key off of the old one, swapped it with the Enter key on the new one. Then, using uControl and SideTrack, I make what was the Enter key into another Option key. This is good, especially for doing the zoom in / zoom out thing.

So, anyway, I am anal retentive. I do not like how the 2 key has a Euro symbol on it. I would like one which only has the 2 and the @ symbol. So, if anyone has such a key spare and would like to swap it for any of the keys from the top keyboard, please let me know. But only if it is in good condition; no hideously worn ones.

And just in case you weren't sure, this is from the original style Dual USB keboard, the slightly transparent one, not the new solid white kind.

maybe you could try to scrape the euro symbol off? I know on my iBook G4 the letters are painted on the surface. The "A" key on my keyboard is almost gone. Looks like you have 2 of the same key so you can experiment on the best way to remove the lettering on one of them

you're right: you are anal.

http://www.pbparts.com/shop/nkbp.html why don't you just buy some new keys caps, they're only five bucks each. may as well drop twenty and replace the other keys you don't like.
