So, I really dig Boblbee packs. I've had a People's Delite that I have been using for the past few months with an iBook. I sold the iBook and upgraded to a 15" PowerBook just a few weeks ago. It is sweet! Unfortunately, it didn't fit very well in the Delite, so I got a new Boblbee, the Megalopolis.

I was trying it out with the PowerBook and it fits very well, similarly to the iBook in the People's Delite. One thing I noticed with the old bag and with the new one is the flap at the bottom of the built in laptop sleeve. It looks like the flap can either lay flat outside of the sleeve, or it can be inserted into the sleeve, which holds up the laptop a bit. Just wondering if anyone knows how this sleeve is intended to be used? Having the flap inserted in the sleeve makes a lot of sense to me, but it makes it a bit more challenging to slip the PowerBook into the sleeve. When it is laying flatter again the hardshell, the PowerBook spills out a little.

Did anyone follow this or am I nuts?

Kind of cool bags, but their web designer should be brought up on charges.

Wow, those are spectacularly ugly. Do they come with pocket protectors?

Personally, I find them ... err, a bit nerdy. But hey, they are from the future, after all!

They're amazing backpacks. Very comfortable and practical. Oh, and I personally thing they look cool as hell. But, that's just me maybe.

Anyone with a Boblbee care to answer my question about the flap at the bottom of the laptop sleeve???

Well I was actually curious for a second. But then their website tried to get me to use IE and on top of it, the bags are too expensive for me.

I don't think I'd like a hard-case backpack though. I am in need of something right now, though. I'm backpack-less.

1) No backpack ever looks cool. Period.

2) Nobody ever looks cool carting around a laptop. Period.

3) Really cool people don't even wear a watch. Period.

4) I haven't got a watch on.

5) No need to argue, just thank me the the advice.
