My Apple monitor (old with the white tripod legs) has been working fine for the longest time. Yesterday it started (seemingly at random...) to make a popping noise... then the video feed zooms way up like I was usiing the zoom from universal access. Also at the same time it kinda fads out...

Now I have checked the wires, and nothings changed since it was originally put here... there are no new electical or magnetic devices near it... and nothing seems to be chewed (you never know). So, I guess I'm asking if anyone has had this problem or knows whats really going on. Also, I degaussed it and that didn't do anything... other... than... degaussing... it...

All as artificial as the Matrix itself, although only a human mind could invent something as insipid as Love.
