Tiger and transparent / clear dock????

Has anyone found any application that works in Tiger for making the dock transparent/clear???

trnasparentdock doesn't work. don't want to install a haxie.

Well that sucks. I use Transparent Dock so hopefully an update will be forthcoming soon after Tiger's release. Having said that, given that so many people actually prefer the Dock to have no background (I've run it like that for so long that OS X actually looks strange to me with the default dock background!) you would think that Apple would have provided this as an option by now.
