As I read through Apple's Help topics... it states that you cannot rearrange or REMOVE Widgets from the widget bar. Ummm... can someone tell me HOW to uninstall or remove one then...? I downloaded one and it will not function properly. When I try to open it or add it to my dashboard layer... nothing happens. Hence me wanting to remove it and re-download.

I searched the forums and found no topic discussing this. Can anyone offer-up a suggestion...?

Thanks!

To be fair though the way to delete them is unnecessarily complex to the typical lay user. Apple ought to make it easier UI wise. If you have to go poking about in /Library or ~/Library then it is already too hard for "the rest of us."

I don't mind of course. But then I was copying and tweaking the guts of supplied widgets the day I got Tiger. Made all sorts of custom weather widgets.
