Since upgrading to Tiger and XCode 2, I cannot change the build style of any of my projects. Any project that is using "Deployment" style stays that way, and any project that is using "Development" style (including new projects, of course) are stuck using Development.

This means that I cannot deploy any of my new projects from XCode.

If I bring up the inspector for the project, and change the build style, and then close it and re-open it, it has reverted to what it was before I changed it.

Anyone experienced this at all?

Any ideas on how to fix it?

I assume you've tried a standard plist-trashing?

I've seen this as well. Try changing it through the "show build results" menu item, it seems to stick there. At worst, xcodebuild in terminal works.

I'm looking again, but I can't find this menu item so far. Where is it?

AHA! "Project" -> "Set Active Build Style" works! This is probably better than doing through the insptector anyway (I never noticed this command before).

Seems like a bug in the Inspector (bindings, or something similar?).
