Try this, I don't have it, but I plan on getting it when I get my pb. Since you have the 17 inch you probably should get the podiumpad although I am sure the travelpad will work fine too.

I don't know of any bigger than 15", but you could build one easy enough. with a couple pieces of clear acrylic, and a couple silent PC case fans you could easily make one for under $20. Doesn't have to look like crap either, just be creative .
Verax fans move a lot of air for not many dB...but it will up your cost.
