I think that athletics in general produce a good female body, that is if you like muscles.

Eh, girls shouldn't look TOO muscle bound.
They should still be soft, and fem.
Take that pic of the Wonder Years gal.
That is trim.

Dancers if you count it as a sport. Otherwise tennis.
Soccer players end up with tree trunks for legs. No one wants that.

Yoga - toned (but not muscle bound), and they can put their legs behind their head
Rock climbing chicks also have awesome bodies (as long as their not too gung ho about it - I know a girl who can bench press more than my body weight )

I dunno, but I don't mind watching the girls I run behind in races or during workouts. Through in some of them wearing spankies, some wearing sports bras, and I'm in heaven.

Triathletes in my opinion have the best bodies. The women I see at races are just spectacular. Fit without the bulky muscles, but not the stick thin upper bodies of distance runners.
If you want an all round well toned body, triathlon's for you.

Yeah, the distance runners look yecchy. The sprinters look scary. Triathletes (women AND men) are kinda nice.
Note to self: Take up triathaletics.

Martial arts tend to produce pretty good results; great muscle tone without adding a lot of bulk. With a rigorous training setup it burns enough fat to keep a person fit and trim, but not so much that curves disappear.

One time I looked at a woman and KNEW what her sport was without seeing her performing the activity.
What was it?
Aerobics instructor. I could see the over all toned fitness in her legs, arms and dimpled butt...she was wearing a dress or a skirt and I could just tell.
Yes, I asked her and was proven to be right, as usual.

From the bottom up to the boobs she looks like a yummy hard bodied gay guy. The boobs look like a real life inspiration for something you'd see on Spongebob Squarepants. The face is that of the once pretty girl who's clinging to the stardom every pretty girl takes for granted until that day THE fear permeates her being.
Who will take this poor thing home and love her?

And some of the beautiful bodies I see every day belong to older women. Swimming keeps em young!

So, would you say that staying fit helps give these older women an injection from the fountain of you(th)?

Why, because it suddenly awoke and needs room to grow and be free, but it can't becuz you are shy because I might jump through your monitor which you fear harbors gays like ether roaches and when you turn on the kitchen light you see little gays scurrying back into your slot drive????

Running is great, and triathletes are great too... but I think dance (olympic or performance) makes for amazing looking women... or their bodies.
However, tripper have great looking bodies. Riding a pole all day will yield that.

Probably swimming. Tennis as well but they tend go get too much muscle on their legs. But women with too much muscle make me sick.

Both sport create the best female body.

I don't know why people keep saying tennis...
One arm is much larger than the other, it is not very attractive.
All Anna has is long hair, that is it.
Swimming, netball, running (cross country style), basketball (tall girls )

Possibly from first hand experiance...
I've played tennis for 12 years.
Most tennis players have this (especially if they have a 1 handed backhand)

Well, I've played tennis for several years and have a coaching degree in tennis and I've never seen that. It would affect your balance while hitting the ball and that is the reason you have to strengthen your left(if you are right-handed) hand to balance things out.
Perhaps your coach didn't do his job well enough?

Well not to toot my own horn but back when I lived in the states I was runner up in State tournament. Ok i love tooting it... EVER chance i get, ok not every. Sure I was 12, but I was awesome... I stopped getting coaching then. I played Tennis for my high school here in Brisbane, I was undefeated in my last year. I am clearly awesome. (ok ok i'm done tooting)
(me personally... don't have this, mostly because i've done weight training, swimming, basketball, running, etc)
Usually tennis players right arm are much more developed than the left (righty). Do you remember that big serving Swed (that young tall guy... i can't keep up with these names) his left arm had a lot more muscle definition.
So unless they are doing some training with there left (lets say weights for example)... Their left arm will not be developed.... It just looks ugly.

They aren't very hard to get

I can't remember the names of the players today. But you have to remember that we are talking about women here and not men. Men build up muscle mass a lot easier than women.

Semi-pro. Can't remember the international name anymore(haven't been involved in any training for some time now). But I'm allowed to coach at an international level up to semi-pro's.
