No love for Jaguar users, though.

I'm having a problem with it under Tiger...
I have it set to replace Lucida Grande with Myriad Apple Med and it works in most applications but will NOT sub in the Finder or any Menu bar text or *first level* menus (submenus, oddly enough seem to work for the most part).
Any ideas, anyone?

To dislike Sinatra is a sign of highly questionable taste. To dislike the Beatles is a serious character flaw.

Not workin on squat here. Well... it does work in Safari webpages, like this page, but all GUI elements (menues, buttons, etc.) are still Lucidia. It seems to only work on the dock, and in webpages for me... major bummer.

Silk + Tinkertool worked well in Panther. Haven't tried it yet in Tiger. But worth a shot.

I had the same problem with nothing changing in the Finder or menubars so tried what Flava (I think) said in a previous post
In Font settings click on the 'Custom Theme Font' check box and drop the substitute font into the greybox below, dont use 'Fast' checkbox.
I also applied the same changes using the 'Original font / replace with' method and have not come across any problems yet, except a few app names showing in bold in the menubar and some dont show as bold, im guessing thats due to differences in Carbon and Cocoa... im no expert though
Ive also discovered that Din Medium (from Fontshop) is a lovely global system font
edit: I reverted all fonts changed in tinkertool to default, silk has changed all fonts so far, tinkertool it seems has lost its job

HytestA (or anyone else), do you have a link to a free knockoff of Din Medium?

i downloaded this in the morning for the first time ever and now it is telling me that the demo is expired? i didn't even get a chance to play around with it.
edit: even stranger, it still lets me play around with it despite the expired demo splash screen thing (if that is what they are called) popping up.

Those are theme fonts, so you have you set a custom theme fonts to change those.
