Can Silk really change the menubar font ??? I use TinkerTool which works fantastic for me. Reading another topic though, there was mention of using TinkerTool and Silk together. What would be the advantage of doing that ??? Can Silk change fonts that TinkerTool doesn't ??? Peace out . . .

Tinkertool can change the few fonts that Silk can't. Silk is the only one that can change the menubar.

Thanks for the heads up. So which would you advise using ??? Or, is it best to use both in tandem ??? Any conflict between the two ??? Peace out . . .

I am using Silk only; I have never had any problems. There are so many ways to configure it. There is a tutorial pdf floating around the forum somewhere.

As of Silk 2.1, there shouldn't be any font TinkerTool can change but Silk can't.

Do your settings look like this?
You have to first highlight the original font in the left pane (lucinda grande) and select "Original".
Then highlight your chosen replacement font in the left pane and select "Replace".
Then check the custom theme font check box and select the same replacement font as earlier.....

Okay so I re unchecked every thing and rechecked it all and logged out and back in and now it works. But now Entourage won't even boot. Even when I ask Silk not to affect Entourage, it still won't boot. I have to disable Silk all together, log out and then Entourage will run... Argh....
