Hi!
How would I go about to create reflections for images like Steve Jobs has below just about any image in his Keynote slides. The same reflections can be seen with live video in a group video chat using iChat or in Apple Stevenote streams showing Steve next to a slide.

You can download a photoshop action called 'Wetfloor' for this at http://twinsparc.com/
Just make sure whatever you're running the action on is in a 'floating' layer, ie. not a 'background' one. Just double-click the background layer, if so.
Server was down as of writing, but it'll probably be back soon.
