Keyboard with Power Key

I'm looking for a full sized keyboard with a power key for a MacMini. And would still fit in a keyboard drawer. I would like to keep it around $30 or less. The Apple corded keyboard looks good but it doesn't say if it has the power key and the pic doesn't show it. Any idea's?

The Matias Tactile Pro keyboard has a power key, but it never worked for me (just so you know).

The power keys only work on older Mac models to turn the system on.
Other keyboards, like my Kensington SlimType and my MS Internet Keyboard Pro, have sleep keys that only work when the computer is on, but bring up the same dialog as the power key.

I think the thing is that having a power switch which can turn on the machine doesn't conform to the USB standard, so Apple had to drop it.

you can use any keyboard to sleep/reboot/shut down your mac:
(taken from here)
ctrl-eject: Bring up dialog for shutdown, sleep or restart
cmd-ctrl-eject: Unconditionally reboot
ctrl-cmd-opt-eject: Fast shutdown
cmd-eject: Bring up debugger (if debugger installed). Really old macs (mac ii era) needed Paul Mercer’s debugger init to do this, then it got folded into the firmware, around 040 timeframe.
cmd-opt-eject: Put late model PowerBooks & Desktops to sleep

That's right I forgot that USB can only support a soft start/restart. I brought this up because I'm upgrading mom's computer from a PM8500 ADB to something newer. I'd hate to change too much at once. The MacMini has to go in a cabinet behind a big door. I decided to get a keyboard w/o a power key. She'll have to learn.
I always just put the computer to sleep. It's a rare occasion that a restart is needed. Macally makes an inexpensive one but the keyboard drawer is only so wide and the USB ports are right on the egde where they would be useless.

Yeah, modern machines manage sleep mode so well that there's really no need to shut them down regularly.
