Hi, since i am a beginner in mac, this might seems a silly question to you all, now that i have confirm the ati radeon 9200 (pci) (within my budget) work on the new 23" hd cinema panel display, my last question is whether my old G4 (400 mhz agp graphics) model coz (the sound port are align vertically) will work on this pci card? It's funny when i compare this with my old rage 128pro, I might not be able to plug my 9200 into the old slot, it might not fit. Please provide me with any advice of what i should do before i purchase this card? Is it not compatible with my old mac? And also, does it have any difference and satisfy quality? thank you very much

Your old card was an AGP card. The 9200 Mac is a PCI card. They go in different slots on the motherboard.

Why are you buying a 9200 instead of an AGP card?

As I mentioned in the other thread, OWC is selling the 64 MB Radeon 9000 Pro.

http://eshop.macsales.com/shop/accel...TI-Videocards/

Go for that instead of the PCI based Radoen 9200.
