Where to get scanner calibration strip?

	I was wondering if any body knew where to get a calibration strip. One that has at least 100% black, multiple gray scales in between and white. Color scales would be good not absolutely necessary. I just want to make a curves file in Photoshop that I can load when I scan. Only place I saw anything like it was SilverFast IT8 target, but theirs is too expensive. Thx
