Hi,

I read somewhere that you can play a game in Terminal.
It's a simple looking game (the type where you have question/answer).

I can't find the command to launch it. Does anyhone know anything about that?

Thanks
Jules

You're going to have to be way more specific. Maybe you're thinking of the various easter eggs built into emacs?

true, not very specific...
the game is basically an adventure game where you have to find object and your way through this virtual world.
It should be description/question i.e. you are entering the room. There is a knife on the floor and a door in front of you. What do you want to do?
and you input the answer: Take knife
and so on.

I saw that in a magazine a while ago (and it's defenitly on Tiger) but i can't put my hand onit anymore.

thanks
Jules

Yep, that would be one of the emacs games. Here is a listing of many others.

Nice list, I'll have to try the snake implementation. While on this topic, the tetris game has been broken for me since Tiger. In Panther they gave it colourful blocks rather than ascii but in Tiger the blocks don't appear at all, i.e. they are the colour of the background, making it rather hard to play ... anyone else seeing this? I reported it in Apple Feedback a while back.
