Xcode 2 includes class modeling tools. You can find them in Xcode's Design menu.

Sucks to hell, but its free and because its written in java, it also runs on OS X.

I advise you try poseidon. It is not free, but it enalbes you to do a limited number of modellings.
If you are not doing a big project, it might suit you.
