this is a 4th generation 40gb ipod, in like new condition.
there are 2 minor scratches in the back and that's all.
asking price is $230US+shipping. This price includes earphones and two sets of unopened foamies.
the battery was also changed by apple a month ago (i sent it in to get it changed). the battery change costed me 100 bucks -_-
comes preloaded with 600+ songs.

I'm also selling the apple carrying case with a belt clip, which i bought for $49.99, but im selling it for $25.
the case only fits in 40GB models (monochrome+color)
it is in black leather, which feels really nice/high-quality and hardly attracts dust
if you decide to buy the case along with the ipod, i wont charge for shipping.

I did a battery test with the backlight completely off, and playtime is 9 hours and 51 min. For anyone wondering what the battery life is.
