Have y'all seen "Waking Life" (2001). It's FANTASTIC.

It would be awesome if there was another movie in the style of waking life that instead of dealing with dreams and philosophy, it dealt with politics.

I thought it looked cool but the story was a bore.

A Scanner Darkly (i think that's what it's called) also has a pretty interesting semi-animated visual style. Can't speak for the movie itself... It's Keanu Reeves.

The protaganist travels in his dreamworld talking to all sorts of people on a variety of subjects. It would be cool if he did the same thing but talked to a variety of politically diverse people. Had a convo with a libertarian on the war on drugs, had a convo with a conservative on abortion, had a convo with a liberal and the minimum wage, but it made it more "artsy".

Sleep, but got up at 6:51am.

Looking forward to our next chat, my friend.

I think it is more like an affair.

The latter. When I read that I had a vision of this thread being flooded with winks and hellos. *shudder*

Get the Tosca Tango Orchestra/Glover Gill to do the soundtrack and I'll watch it... although that sort of thing may or may not fit.
