I upgraded to 10.3.9 and after 6 months realized I don't have use of my Agfa Duoscan Scanner anymore. I am using Photoshop CS and would like the fotolook option under import again. I downloaded and installed the drivers but can't get it to show up. Any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks for the help.

Have you checked to see if the Fotolook import plug-in is in PS's Import/Export folder? You may have to go hunting for it on your HD because it may have been installed in the wrong place or not at all.

You're right, the plugin is not there. I've downladed the installer three times (i'm a little thick) and I can't locate the plug-in. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I'll look for another download site and try .

Thanks

Thanks anyway. This scanner won't work on 10.3 or above. No Wonder.

Thanks

Hello... I have a f40 that is supposed to be compatible with firewire and using 10.3.9 it will work... up and until the calibrating starts.
In reading Agfa'a web site:
"Which version of Mac OS X do I need to run FotoLook 3.6 for Mac OS X?
You need Mac OS X 10.1 or 10.2.1 (not 10.2) or later (till 10.2.8) The startup disk should be HFS+ formatted (NOT UFS). FotoLook 3.6 doesn't work on 10.3 or later."
What is confusing here is that it says FOTOLOOK 3.6 NOT 3.6X!!!!
I am new...so I am not sure what to do!
I will try another vendor. Any ideas?
My thanks...!
