I have recently discovered Ben Spink's awesome script
http://www.ical2web.com/ . That implored me to turn on personal web sharing and now I can easily publish my calendar on the web and I even figured out how to pass the URLs from iCal to the web-based document. The first page I've ever served, all done in under 2 hours. This week is already a success.
The way this works is you make your entries in iCal at that computer. Next you run the script, which I presume looks for the calendar in the currently logged-in user's library, coverts it to HTML and saves it in the appropriate folder for serving.
I am trying to figure out if I can access iCal, to make entries/changes and then run the script from a remote comptuer. I can login as the admin to that computer. Would something like the built-in Apple Remote Desktop allow me to use that computer (and iCal) as if I were sitting at it?
Any other ideas are welcome too!
Thank you,
Alex
