I have a PM 6500/G3/300/9.1 and I'm having a problem with my apple menu options pref getting
irreversibly corrupted. If there are possible extension conflicts that cause this that someone can think of, please let me
know.

I also had horrible Apple Menu Options Prefs corruption stuff happening when I first installed the 9.1 upgrade. what worked for me was to securely erase the Apple Menu Options Prefs file. when I just deleted it by putting it in the trash and emptying, it immediately came back messed up when I next opened the Apple Menu Options CP. to erase it, I used Secure Delete from StuffIt Deluxe 5.5. if you don't have Stuffit Deluxe, I think FileBuddy (shareware) has a similar erasing feature (from the "Cleaning" menu).

hope this helps

I have no problem deleting the control panel or the prefs. I like the sub-menus function of it, so I'd like
to keep it. I'll keep using the CP and deleting the prefs once in a while until someone figures out the problem.
Thanks for your suggestion though...
