After a clean install of MAC OS 9.1 and a few days of using it, after a cold boot of my iMAC I get an error type 127. I have reinstalled, formatted the iMAC and even installed MAC OS X and I still the darn error. (Yes, even in classic)
Does anyone know what this means???

Specs.

256 MB OF RAM

Running clean install of MAC OS 10.0.1

This is a HFS error: -127 fsDSIntErr Internal file system error

I'm no expert. Perhaps someone else can elaborate. Sounds like a HD format error....
