I just noticed this today because gmail seems to be on the fritz. It asked me if I would like to send the mail using another mail server. In the list to choose from there are some that I don'tuse anymore some which I know are inactive cuz they are from sites that don't exist anymore. Is there a way to delete them from the list. Apps like Thunderbird and Netscape the have ability to manually delete/edit multiple servers but I can't find where in Mail.app. I just dont use them for other annoyances.

This isn't that big a deal as obviously I can just use one I know will work but I like to keep things tidy.

Go into the Account preferences in Mail and select "Edit Server List..." from the SMTP server popup menu.
