Does anybody knowof an ftp app that allows for bandwidth limiting?
For a project I am doing I have a bunch of large files (some up to 200megs) that I will be uploading via FTP soon. because the tranfers will take a while I don't want to kill the upload bandwidth were I am. My neighbor is kindly letting me use is connection so I am trying to be a good boy. he is on the net all night so just running it at night isn't really an option.
Originally designed as a companion to Carracho community servers (anybody remember those? Mine used to be gronk-o-matik.™), it will let you limit bandwidth for any port(s) of your choosing.
