I stupidly downloaded a freeware program called cRussify to give me Russian Language Kits for my keyboard. Well it really mesed thing up. When I launch the keyboard control panel it crashes with a type 1 or type 2 error or says it can't be opened because the application is in use. WTF?

I trashed the prefs and no luck fixing it.

Anyway, I reinstalled the 9.2.1 update, which didn't help, transferred the Language Kits, Keyboard & Text Control Panels & prefs from another Mac running Mac OS 9.2.1 to it and still the thing won't open or opens for a millisecond then crashes.

Anyone kow how to fix this problem of my cRussified Mac?

Oh yeah in case this info is needed, I am on a 233mhz iMac rev. B running Mac OS 9.2.1 and 256mb RAM.

THANK YOU Applescript! I removed them all and now everything is working right again! There is one Russian option still showing up in the Cyrillic script under Keyboard & I have no idea why, but at least it works!

Its not super-important to get rid of that Cyrillic script Russian language, but if you know how, I'm all ears!
