Commandline:
./DVRFlash -vf PIONEER RB100011.141 RB100111.141

Reading firmware 'RB100011.141'...
firmware is of Kernel type (PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-110D 1.41 )
Reading firmware 'RB100111.141'...
firmware is of Normal type (PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-110D 1.41 )

Drive Information:
Description : PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-110D
Firmware Rev : 1.10
Firmware Date : 05/12/21
Manufacturer : PIONEER
Drive is in normal mode.

Additional Drive Information:
Serial Number : FADL055309WL
Interface type : ATA
DVR generation : 0011
Kernel type : SONY
Normal type : SONY
Kernel version : 0004

Status : RPC-2 (region locked)
Region : 1
Changes : 4 region changes remaining
4 vendor resets remaining
state is 'Region set'

Firmwares and Drive type mismatch
Continue because force option was specified

It won't flash, it asks to force to flash, but i'm fearing it will turn my DVD drive into a brick. Could this be because 1.41 is RPC1 and my drive is set to RPC2? Any work around on this?

Using DVRFlash 2.2

I've flashed 3 different Pioneer DVD drives so far with no issues. Make sure you read and understand the readme before you start.

almaink,

I have a Pioneer 110D and ran DVRFlash v2.2 Win32 since I have WinXP and was taken to DOS where i was asked to enter something on a command line. I checked the Readme file to see what I supposd to enter but it wasn't clear to me. Can you help me out here?

Thanks.
