Converting videos for psp with itunes

Does Itunes convert videos to MPEG4? If it does this means it should play on psp's right?

MP4s and PSPs/PS3s are always strange. Movies that are ripped to MP4s from HandBrake don't work, and there's only one specific setting on FFmpegX that works as well.

I can never get that program to work for me and the only thing that does is psp video 9 and it only works for windows
|
