Did FOX say something official after the first episodes were leaked? Searching for this on Google doesn't yield anything but torrents for those episodes…

I am disappointed that we did not spend more time getting to know daddy. It is kind of weird to know that Bauer has a family and that his brother is such a weisel. I mean ok Jack is the father of your son. You married the woman and adopted the son get over it.
There are quite a few storylines at the same time, they should make it more simple.

yo MONIQUE! *whistles* over here sweetheart. there is now a new thing being implemented on these forums. it's for people to talk about the show in secret. ya know for those WHO MISSED LAST NIGHTS SHOW! it's called the spoiler tag. just put [ spoiler ]
whatever you want to type. then close the tag like this
[/ spoiler] (without the spaces of course) i closed the tags properly so that you can see what it does.

Re: Bluetooth Bauer:
I love the ending of the episode, when Bluetooth gets back to being Mr. Tough Guy, 10 minutes after Jack had him crying like a baby. Of course, he just screwed up again, leaving not one, but *two* Bauers alive and in the hands of subordinates. I think someone will be crying again soon.

Forget it. This is not worth it. You guys are too thin skin and too politically correct. I will comment on other threads.

The past two episodes have been the two most boring episodes in all of 24. And the Graem (btw, wtf kind of name is that?) character just plain sucks. He goes from giving orders to the president last year to being involved in a terrorist plot against the US this year? Yeah ok...

"Graem" is a variant spelling of Graham.

I'm sorry, but after last night I think the writers shot themselves in the foot. They've seriously done so much to Jack at this point that I don't they could do anymore 'shock value' at this point.
And Philip killing Graem? That's lame, he's like the Count Dooka of 24 now. I mean, really, what next, Teri will return as a cyborg that was behind everything? Come on.

I also think that 24 has become a bit predictable, not with the exact outcome of a twist, but you see it comming. But I still enjoy 24, it's just not so shocking anymore that people die like flies in this series.

here's a twist i just came up with. remember that stuff in the season before Jack went into hiding that made him seem dead? maybe that stuff was what "pop" put into baldy without knowing it and "baldy" will come back near the end of the season to testify against "pop"

Re: Carlo Rota's character, Morris O'Brien:
I think they may be setting him up to bite it. Why? He's a convenient lesser character to get smoked, and it just so happens Carlo Rota is one of the main characters on a Canadian sitcom airing at the same time.
Q. On Little Mosque on the Prairie, you play a Muslim who outsiders think may be a terrorist, and on 24 you play someone who tracks terrorists. I'm guessing the irony isn't lost on you?
Wait until you see Episode 8 of 24 -- the irony increaseth!
They only filmed 8 episodes of that sitcom, but I think it's gonna get picked up because it's been pretty popular. If he's looking for regular work, the sitcom might be the ticket (assuming it is renewed), so getting smited on 24 might be more convenient for him, especially since he knows that he'd probably get kicked off the show eventually anyway.

I just watched the last two episodes and I have to say that they have me again On The Edge of my Seat™. I think the season looks very promising again, and I even like the Bauer family plot, since it is so damn extreme.

I love the show but the inconsistencies bug me. CTU is some super secret location, yet Jack's dad can wander around with no escort and make phone calls from inside without anyone intervening. That was just one example, but it seems as the seasons go on they writers keep searching for material and end up making the plot less and less realistic, and more and more predictable. I love the show, but its just a bit of a rant

As someone who's been watching from the beginning, I think that's part of the show's charm. I know some people will call me an apologist, but there has always been a dichotomy between the realistic and the unbelievable on this show. CTU's "Whatever" technology, Teri's convenient memory loss, the cougar, the extremely high number of moles who successfully infiltrate CTU, and the relative lack of traffic are just some of the moments where suspension of disbelief is necessary.

I can't say i disagree with you, but i still think that in the recent episodes the plot has gotten more unrealistic than they ever have. I may have short term memory and not remember as much as I think I do from the past seasons thought. Regardless of the how realistic the show is I love it, it is one of the only shows i actually follow.

Season six is ok, just as season three was. I like it and I am anticipating every new episode, but not as much as it was in the other seasons. Still, they've laid ground for some new plots to come, since the drones are supposed to go off in less than two hours…

Meh, I liked the season because I like 24 in general, but I think this was the season I liked the less, maybe equally to season three.
It had good episodes, and the final two vere superb, especially the ending between Jack and Heller was excaptionally well done. It is a relatively fresh start to season seven, I hope that it will be mainly set in a different environment than LA/CTU, which is very plausible after that ending, IMHO. Speculations?

It was an odd ending. I really *do* hope they move it somewhere else next season though, they've really reached the bottom of the barrel lately.

I did read somewhere that it will be in another city, sans CTU, which will be a great change. Having yet another season of CTU getting hax0red or infiltrated is not something I would be that excited about.

Yes, there was some chatter about season six taking partially place in NYC, let's hope this turns out to be true for season seven.
I'm still hoping they will brinng the Chase back into the game, he was the second coolest character. He is the Character I could imagine taking Jack's place after he kills himself in season eight or so.

Perhaps en route to China, his plane is diverted and he ends up on Lost. Jack vs. Jack!
